The Places Directory provides Admins with a powerful toolset, empowering them to construct a comprehensive catalogue encompassing campus buildings and their corresponding rooms. This feature not only facilitates the creation of such a catalogue but also enables Admins to enhance accessibility by making these rooms searchable through the Global Search.

Admins can streamline Event planning processes by designating rooms as reservable, offering a seamless experience for managing campus resources and activities. The Places Directory serves as a centralized hub within the portal, offering administrators the convenience of overseeing campus infrastructure and resource allocation with ease and precision.

In the Places page, Admins can conveniently add, edit, and manage building and room details. This includes essential information such as photos, descriptions, and contact details, providing Users with comprehensive insights into each facility. By designating rooms as searchable, Admins ensure that Users can swiftly locate them across the portal, optimizing navigation and resource utilization.
